Law Firm Profile
The law firm of Edmiston & Colton consists of three Montana attorneys (lawyers) and various support staff. All attorneys are in good standing in the State and Federal Courts of Montana, statewide. The law firm relies upon a combined 66 years of legal experience, and we further utilize independent consultants in areas of medical specialties, nursing standards, hospital and nursing home administration, accident reconstruction, product design and general investigative services. A multitude of experts in varying specialty fields are also retained to assist our clients in presenting their case to the jury. The firm also enjoys an affiliation with attorneys of other towns, cities and states with whom we accept referrals or associate on cases. Our office is easily accessible (including handicapped access) at 310 Grand Avenue in Billings, Montana.

The law firm of Edmiston & Colton primarily represents injured Montanans in claims against large corporations and insurance companies.
